Return Policy of SOFTWARE ALLIANCE GROUP PTY LTD

SOFTWARE ALLIANCE GROUP PTY LTD wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied and happy with your purchase. We offer a 30 day return policy for items that are unused and unopened or unregistered. Certain items are not returnable - please check the product page for information on whether your item is returnable. Once a product is registered they are non returnable. If an item arrived damaged to you, SOFTWARE ALLIANCE GROUP PTY LTD will work with you to get any replacement parts that you need free of charge.

Return Requests

If your item can be returned, email sales@evolvedistribution.com.au  to get a Return Number assigned to your return. SOFTWARE ALLIANCE GROUP PTY LTD will not accept any returns without a Return Number clearly marked on the return label. You can also contact our friendly Customer Care Representatives to request a Return Number.

Return Processing Time

Allow up to 7 business days for SOFTWARE ALLIANCE GROUP PTY LTD’s warehouse to receive, process and inspect the returned. Any items received that do not have a Return Number clearly listed on the return label will be sent back to the recipient at the recipients cost. Any items received that do not meet the return qualifications will be sent back to the recipient at the recipients cost.

Credits and Refunds

All returns made by a gift recipient will be issued a store credit for the purchase price of the item only. All returns made by the Billing Party will be issued a refund back to the payment method used to place the order for the purchase price of the item only. Any and all shipping costs/charges, shipping surcharges, gift wrapping fees and/or any restocking fees are Non-Refundable.

CANCELLATIONS

SOFTWARE ALLIANCE GROUP PTY LTD works hard to ship out your order as quickly as possible. For this reason once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. Our Customer Care Representatives will try their best to assist you in trying to cancel your order, please email sales@evolvedistribution.com.au   If we are unable to prevent the shipment from being cancelled, please see our return policy for information on returning your product. Cancellation of an item(s) may change or void discounts or promotions currently appearing on your order.
